Description
in the needle editor instead of listing only the needles from results.json the webui should offer all needles that have the matching tags to be able to potentially edit tags of non-matching needles so the match. An example would be a needle that was created for xfce but applies also to lxde. os-autoinst would filter it out and not even consider it.

they are all offered now - showing which are actually not used normally is up for a later task :)
