Description
Some maintainers are more careful than others and actually provide the fact that SR#2 needs to be accepted together with SR#1 - we need to define a machine parsable way to do so, that still makes sense for human beings to write ;)
E.g. "the SR comment needs to end with 'group with libfoobar' or 'depends on SR#1'"? just an idea
