Workaround refreshment issue poo#124652 with existing workaround or using libyui-rest-api

Motivation¶
Installation report is not showed due to refreshment issue #124652.

We could do one of those two things:
(1) - Check the summary with libyui-rest-api, in theory it should be there even if it is not visible.
(2) - Apply workaround
Do not include soft-failure but record_info for the workaround as it is not a bug in the product.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Apply one of the workaround suggested above (1) is prefered.
