Motivation

There are only several test cases in Migration HPC job group(https://openqa.nue.suse.com/group_overview/301), we won't keep this job group any more.
This action include the movement from Migration: HPC -> Migration and Migration: HPC Milestone -> Migration: Milestone.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Move test suites from job group Migration: HPC -> Migration; and Migration: HPC Milestone -> Migration: Milestone
AC2: Move Migration: HPC and Migration: HPC Milestone to EOL (as a way to archive)
