observation¶
observed so far only on s390
If it takes too long to load 'installation Settings', the packages-section-selected needle can not be found within the default tries of send_key_until_needlematch (I think 20)

problem¶
H1: The progress bar is there for longer than usually, that's why it starts sending tab from the 'booting' entry and never reaches Software within 20 * send_key
H2: The progress on installation summary behaves differently because of a product change

We had similar issue for test when boot from snapshot when started to send down key before the list was shown. As ticket is old, we need to verify what is current behavior and add a check that list is shown before pressing keys.
