Motivation

With the addition of the job settings search API in #117655, the foundations for this feature exist. They just need to be exposed as filter options in the test overview ui.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: Tests can be filtered by job settings
  • AC2: It is possible for external services like the qem-dashboard to link to tests with certain job settings (like jobs for a specific incident)

Suggestions

  • If this gets implemented, #120115 is probably not necessary.
