Observation¶
It seems that https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:openQA/os-autoinst_dev and other packages within devel:openQA do not update automatically. I would expect that the packages are updated and rebuilt automatically whenever the according source, e.g. Dockerfile, changes.

Comparing https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:openQA/os-autoinst_dev/_service to https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:openQA/os-autoinst_dev/_service I suspect we need to use git_scm.

No we don't, we need the trigger, IIRC token in OBS, add trigger URL in the according GitHub projects

If this is indeed a duplicate of #114914 note that updates of os-autoinst/os-autoinst code need to trigger a rebuild of devel/openqa/containers/isotovideo:qemu-x86 because the containers need to provide the latest isotovideo. And since we rely on continuous releases I would argue this needs to be Ready because it breaks container-based use cases.
