So far no response. I have just sent the same email to ftpadmin@g.unicamp.br, but it bounced:

I sent an email (in Portuguese) to a couple of people responsible for the IT sector, but no reply so far.

No replies, shall we delist UNICAMP from our mirror list?
Seems like no one maintains this anymore.

I can try to reach a few more people but seems pointless.

Finally, I found the owners of the mirror/FTP section.
They fixed the wrong URL, with a symlink.
