Description

Hi,

The UNICAMP mirror uses http://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/opensuse/updates/ instead of http://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/opensuse/update/.
It seems that the mirror is outdated or syncing to the wrong path and probably the scanner won't notice that, and zypper won't also.

Can someone notice UNICAMP admins to fix it?

Best,

Alex

What a weird one - ftp.unicamp.br[143.106.10.149] doesn't sync from stage.o.o, but from rsync.o.o. Apparently only opensuse-updates.

So far no response. I have just sent the same email to ftpadmin@g.unicamp.br, but it bounced:

Can you assign it to me? I can contact them in Portuguese, may be a better approach.

I sent an email (in Portuguese) to a couple of people responsible for the IT sector, but no reply so far.

No replies, shall we delist UNICAMP from our mirror list?
Seems like no one maintains this anymore.

I can try to reach a few more people but seems pointless.

Finally, I found the owners of the mirror/FTP section.
They fixed the wrong URL, with a symlink.

openSUSE Mirror admin is brandaom@unicamp.br
FTP admin is guina@uniamp.br
IT sector admin is tchinela@unicamp.br (https://www.unicamp.br/servicoscorporativos/listas/listaresponsaveis.html)

We can close this ticket.

Well, we should update our mirror database with the contact info you found - and then we can indeed close the ticket.
