Description
Motivation¶
The extension on-demand is currently defined as an optional call any Thursday 1000-1200 CET. As a scrum master I'm regularly hesitant to sacrifice two other calls to use it (three counting the virtual coffee break).

Some ideas:
- Define the slot to be from 10.45-11.10 so there's no conflict. This is only 25 minutes but we've seen that this can be effective.
- Drop the slot.
- Move the extension slot to Monday when everyone's usually available.

some people are not available Monday morning. How about Monday afternoon? That would work for cdywan, okurz, mkittler, osukup.

As an alternative I propose to merge "extension on-demand" with the existing mob session as we also often used it for non-coding tasks.
