Somehows this seems persistent in this test suite even though scc_registration not reachable would sound like a flakiness.

@zluo please don't leak SCC regcodes in public tickets. The regcode explicitly says "INTERNAL-USE-ONLY". Please invalidate both the SCC codes which you mentioned and I masked now and replace their uses within openqa.suse.de
