openSUSE admin

Hello,

I've been in the openSUSE bar today, and a number of us have been
experiencing curl issues with packages either not upgrading, or not
installing the first time. I received curl error 55 when setting up a
new virtual machine with TW, other users in the bar had the same issue
when doing a zypper dup. I didn't know if anyone else reported any
issues
