Implement disable grub timeout with client libyui-rest-api
Description
Using client libyui-rest-api we should be able to disable the grub timeout by typing -1 in bootloader options and confirming: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/7126451#step/disable_grub_timeout/12
Apply this change in YaST group and openSUSE (TW and Leap) where libyui is already setup.
