closed[qe-sap][sap] Rename *-robot-fw tests to *-sys-param-check

Description
RobotFW is a test framework and therefore it is not suitable to use it as an identifier for a test name. Since we will be introducing new openQA tests that will also use the RobotFW, it makes no sense continuing to refer to these specific system parameter tests as the robotfw tests. Therefore we would like to modify the name to "sys-params-validation" or "sys-params-check".
