Description
Motivation¶
We use Extreme Programming and Kanban, have it mentioned on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki but some team members might not feel competent enough. So we should teach each other better.
Acceptance criteria¶
- AC1: The majority of team members would have a general idea what "Extreme Programming" and Kanban is about
Suggestions¶
- Research yourself about "Extreme Programming" and Kanban, present to the team and discuss what we miss from there or what we should change in our processes
