## Motivation 
 We use Extreme Programming and Kanban, have it mentioned on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki but some team members might not feel competent enough. So we should teach each other better. 

 ## Acceptance criteria 
 * **AC1:** The majority of team members would have a general idea what "Extreme Programming" and Kanban is about 

 ## Out of scope 
 * Implementing all practices 
 * Written test
