Motivation

We use Extreme Programming and Kanban, have it mentioned on https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/qa/wiki but some team members might not feel competent enough. So we should teach each other better.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: The majority of team members would have a general idea what "Extreme Programming" and Kanban is about

Suggestions

  • Research yourself about "Extreme Programming" and Kanban, present to the team and discuss what we miss from there or what we should change in our processes

Yes, turned out the ticket was not really clear to some so adding some suggestions and removing estimation to re-estimate
