openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Container-Image-Updates-aarch64-sle-15-SP3_image_on_sle-15-SP1_host_docker@aarch64-virtio fails in
boot_to_desktop

Test suite description

The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Fails since (at least) Build 17.5.18

@ph03nix just as a hint, maybe the problem is how the qcow is created: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/6282198
I would first try to install the same ISO but manually and produce a HDD out of it, and then try to load that qcow in the failing test.

The test booting from the generated HDD does not appear to use the matching PFLASH image.
