Description

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Desktop-DVD-Updates-x86_64-qam-regression-installation-SLED@64bit fails in
welcome

due to a rogue RMT server popped up, blocking maintenance tests on the SCC/RMT selection dialog

Test suite description

  • autoyast commented out - needs tuning in main.pm

Reproducible

Fails since today, i.e. Build 20210625-1 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 20210624-2 (or more recent)

Suggestions

  • DONE: configure the reg url to explicitly point to scc.suse.com to skip the dialog -> #94714
  • Why use the interactive GUI interactive installer for maintenance tests at all? -> see test suite description
  • Why reinstall that often when we just want to apply patches on top?

Further details

Always latest result in this scenario: latest
