Description
Dear Admin,
Looks like the lists.opensuse.org server is having problems.
Server error
An error occurred while processing your request.
I checked https://status.opensuse.org/ it says the mail list servers are
operational.
I can access all the other opensuse.org sites without issue.

We had some "fun" with the database server :-/ but it's fixed now.

Dear Admin,
It appears there may be a new problem with the mailing list server.
The last "New Tumbleweed snapshot 202107xx released!" message is for
build 20210703 but builds 20210704 and 20210706 have both been published.
I tried to post a message to the Factory mailing list about this but the
message does not appear after I hit send to post it.
When I look at the Factory list the last message is from 07/05/2021 @
10:15 pm so almost 3 days ago which leads me to believe that a problem
happened sometime around that time as it would be unusual to not see any
messages for 3 days.
