Description

Following https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/92506, it would be good to update the declarative schedule file, to explain a bit more in detail how it works, especially the part about test data.
Regarding the test data, another specific file could be used. We could explain more about data structures with concrete examples from our tests and show how to debug with Data::Dumper.
