LibyuiClient was moved to CPAN module in https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/87913.

Now we need to use it in os-autoinst-distri-opensuse project.

Task¶

Use LibyuiClient from cpan: https://metacpan.org/pod/YuiRestClient;
Remove LibyuiClient implementation from os-autoinst-distri-opensuse project;
Make sure os-autoinst-distri-opensuse tests running without errors on o3 (It may require manual installation of the Perl module on workers) and OSD.
