Description

Due to high priority we have put REST API client code together with the test code, even though, we should have to keep it in a separate project.

We need to perform following activities:

  1. Move code to the separate repo
  2. Establish CI
  3. Publish perl module on cpan
  4. Publish module on OBS and/or IBS to make it available for openQA workers
  5. Adjust salt recipes that new dependency is installed on the openQA workers

rpm for the package can be build for devel:openQA project only, see https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/blob/master/openqa/repos.sls
