Description

LibyuiClient was moved to CPAN module in https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/87913.

Now we need to use it in os-autoinst-distri-opensuse project.

Task

  1. Use LibyuiClient from cpan: https://metacpan.org/pod/YuiRestClient;
  2. Remove LibyuiClient implementation from os-autoinst-distri-opensuse project;
  3. Make sure os-autoinst-distri-opensuse tests running without errors on o3 (It may require manual installation of the Perl module on workers) and OSD.

We made more changes that are not in sync with the CPAN module and we also consider that living in existing project this code is fine.
This task only aims to solve problems in case libyui REST would change much for newer products, but seems not the case.
