Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-extra_tests_textmode@64bit fails in
openssl_alpn
with ca-certificates no longer depending on openssl, nothing pulls it in. The test relies on its presence without ensuring it is being installed.
similar issue as https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/92410

Maintainer: slindomansilla@suse.de.
Mainly post-installation console extra tests.
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 20200929
Expected result¶
Last good: (unknown) (or more recent)
Further details¶
Always latest result in this scenario: latest

- Subject changed from test fails in openssl_alpn: openssl not installed to [qe-core] test fails in openssl_alpn: openssl not installed
The test module maintainer is "Michal Nowak mnowak@suse.com". This needs to be updated as well.
Could be in the scope of "Security" as well.

QE Security handles Tumbleweed as well

Though the subject contains "[security]" Security QE team will not take this poo as we are not the maintainer of the test code and test case.

@llzhao please make sure that all tickets within your scope have "[security]" as keyword in the subject and remove the keyword otherwise. So I assume this would need to go to QE-Core then.
@tjyrinki_suse I doubt that QE-Core has better capacity than the security team, please coordinate with llzhao how to follow up
