The issue is that the openQA test tries to install it explicitly

Together with https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/12721 and https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/11964
the issue is not happening any longer.
