See motivation in #91287

We should research on the development, as we will have to at least run syslog on the worker. On top, we also will need some minor changes in os-autoinst to make those files available in the same way as we do for normal logs.

We should explore on:

  • where to run syslog and if it can handle parallel connections (e.g. 100 jobs connecting to the same worker service)
  • what are the requirements for the non-qemu backends
  • how big is the scope of the changes for the os-autoinst
  • can we re-use assets handling mechanism to clean-up used space
