Description
I had a talk with YaST TL and the issue is of rather low priority, no customer complains about it and is probably never going to be fixed and it practically doesn't break anything.

Perhaps it makes sense to disable softfail and adjust the tests.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Softfail is disabled (substituted by record_info)
AC2: Test is modified to PASS if the bug occurs
