"Forum Spam" requests creating spam in progress

Description
I am newcomer here and was trying to find some ticket to process and face with tons of tickets like "[Forum Spam] User banned from forum due to spam" .
I am not sure activity is expected with such kind of tickets . For me they look as FYI than I am not sure why we need to keep them and spam our self with this. In case they requires some processing we can :
- Create dedicated project for them
- Choose another way to store same where it could be processed in batch mode
or, as already mentioned on IRC earlier today, save some paperwork and...
- just close these tickets as "wontfix" (assuming we don't want to block the forum spammers on the whole infrastructure - which is the likely option given the [non]responses to these tickets so far)
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to asmorodskyi
Looks like there is some flow restriction or I don't have enough permissions - anyway I only managed to move all of them to workable state and now only available option is Blocked

till now we covered only existing tickets but I assume we also need to prevent some logic from creating more tickets like this , right ?
I thought we had discussed this with the forums team and agreed just not to open any more tickets of this type ?
ok good to know . Sorry if I confuse you . Keep in mind that I am not actively involved in OpenSUSE Heroes activities so I am holding very limited amount of context
