Description

Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-aarch64-desktopapps-documentation-x11@aarch64 fails in
libreoffice_default_theme

Sometimes, the libreoffice window takes time to refresh, so we would need to extend the timeout for the screen check.

Test suite description

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20201210

Expected result

Last good: 20201209 (or more recent)

Further details

Always latest result in this scenario: latest

History

#1 Updated by ggardet_arm almost 2 years ago

https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/11756 - Even after 120 seconds the screen is not up-to-date. Product bug?

#2 Updated by okurz almost 2 years ago

possible. Better check logs and system performance parameters from post_fail_hooks, e.g. free memory, etc.

#3 Updated by ggardet_arm almost 2 years ago

There is no log uploaded but https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1586109#step/libreoffice_default_theme/46 shows [ 1169.933522] soffice.bin[3747]: Negative content width -12 (allocation 1, extents 6x7) while allocating gadget (node button, owner GtkButton)

And sometime it passes properly: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1588358#step/libreoffice_default_theme/20
