openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-aarch64-extra_tests_textmode_containers@aarch64 fails in
containers_3rd_party

We reached some limits:

Error response from daemon: toomanyrequests: You have reached your pull rate limit. You may increase the limit by authenticating and upgrading: https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limit

Test suite description

Maintainer: dheidler. Extra tests about CLI software in container module

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20201114 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 20201111 (or more recent)

I have similar "Toomanyrequests" reported error from docker.io for ppc64le container tests, at least for:
20201201 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1491505#step/podman/51
20201130 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1488603#step/podman/171

The REGISTRY variable is now set for extra_tests_textmode_containers so this should be resolved with the next run.
