Description
No video is uploaded when aarch64_cpu_max
or aarch64_cpu_max-HD24G
are used.

Adding NOVIDEO=0
should get the video back.
Not sure if it really make sense to not record the video on long tests.
We introduced the feature to not record videos by default if max_job_timeout is above default as we saw that videos took up a massive portion of space for our test results

I would actually reject this ticket because the examples have an extended MAX_JOB_TIME
and then it is expected to have no video unless NOVIDEO=0
is set. We introduced this behavior to save disk space.
