Leap 15.1 Update Repo missing deltainfo.xml.gz

Description

since last weekend (6./7.06.20) the halifax mirror for the Leap 15.1
update repo (
http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/opensuse/update/leap/15.1/oss/repodata/
) hasn't a necessary deltainfo.xml.gz file.
Here the error, which a "zypper ref" is showing today (9.06.20 22:15)

Can you please clarify, why the halifax mirror is not in sync .
