When booting up the 15.0 cryptlvm system, it freezes (at least the keyboard/screen interface does - serial works) and doesn't switch to tty.
We didn't test cryptlvm with zdup before - only "offline" upgrade booting from the DVD.

The testsuites are enabled on o3 and sometimes they even work.
The race condition that makes them break is tracked in https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/57932

That's because you looked at LEAP - the tasks in this ticket only mention updates to Tumbleweed.
