closed[sle][functional][u] test fails in reboot_gnome - timeout issue?

Description
Found that it fails at: <<< testapi::check_screen(mustmatch='logoutdialog', timeout=10)
It could be an issue of worker performance. Restart the job and check. Otherwise we need to change the timeout value for aarch64.
