No, I have not been able to complete registration. I have tried again this
morning - I am still registered, but cannot obtain a validation code. I can
successfully request a validation email from this page:

and I get a validation email with no validation code, only garbage, pasted

I am not aware of more issues with account creation. FWIW, this ticket is 7 months old.

Indeed, it is 7 months old. That is how long I have been waiting for any
attention on this. The problem was verified as existing yesterday and I would
appreciate such assistance as is available to be able to use the opensuse
forums.

Hi

I have a problem with Leap 15.1 and went to sign up with openSUSE forums. I
received a validation email, which contained neatly ordered garbage but no
validation code. The sender of this email is the webmaster from microfocus,
but an email to that address just bounces. I have since discovered that
openSUSE and microfocus are no longer associated.

So, given that the validation process is broken, how do I get signed up to
the forums?
