Description

Motivation

Follow up. We have moved staging tests to declarative staging. Now, we should be able to move remaining

See #49064 and https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/7228

Acceptance criteria

  1. Declarative schedule is applied to all scenarios which are both in staging and in YaST job group
  2. Same schedule is reused when is possible and does not over complicate schedule

Suggestions

We need to communicate changes to the RMs. Ask riafarov for the names.
