test should start without any issue: use ISO and HDD definde in testsuite

next time please make sure to add a new test scenario in the "test development" job group first

this is working now in "Dev TW" however it failed because of needle select_upgrade.

This scenario is not affected by the cleanup of the qcow2 because there are often tumbleweed snapshots triggered that will keep the qcow2.
But, the image should be a GM image from fixed directory.

you were just lucky because the Tumbleweed job group hasn't exceeded quota enough and there had been no too long periods without any TW tests but this could happen any time.
