openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-x86_64-offline_sled12sp4_media_base_def_full@64bit fails in
zypper_ref

I originaly thought this would be a product bug (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1125693) but the change seems to be intended so we need to adapt our tests.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 118.1

Expected result

Before the product change: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2340603#step/zypper_lr/2
Maybe re-enable the repos at some point?
