rsync.opensuse.org is broken

I opened bug #1124871 to report that rsync.opensuse.org is broken for repo
purposes. Several repositories contain repodata.xml files that refer to
missing files. For example, if you compare

http://rsync.opensuse.org/opensuse/update/leap/15.0/oss/repodata/
vs
http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.0/oss/repodata/

you'll notice that several required files are missing. It's not just an issue
of old files but that repodata.xml refers to missing files. At the time I
write this e-mail,

If you are using rsync with --delete-before to copy from stage to widehat
please change it to --delete-after

This has been a problem for several weeks now and impacts all mirrors which
use rsync.opensuse.org to mirror leap 15 content.

I suspect this might be related to ticket#47972 - /srv full. The rsync procedure has remained the same for years.
I currently can't get access to widehat.

Closing for now: content should be synced again.

We are waiting for new hardware to have also old content synced. At the moment, we are forced to leave out some old (openSUSE < 15.0) stuff because of space problems.
