New mailing list request: opensuse-uyuni@opensuse.org

Description
Hi,
Since Uyuni is going to have a first release tomorrow, it is time to have
a mailing list for users to discuss.
Could you create uyuni-users@opensuse.org?
It should be an open mailing list.
Best regards.

The name 'uyuni-users; doesn't quite fit in our naming scheme, so I have created 'opensuse-uyuni' instead.
Assigning to Theo for updating the virtual maps.
Check out http://lists.opensuse.org for the typical names. I would say a user list for uyuni is best suited for the 'Topic' group.
Strictly speaking, I'd say this is about "User/Support" topic (in the end this list will the same as spacewalk-list at https://spacewalkproject.github.io/communicate.html#lists) but I see that's restricted to openSUSE distribution itself.
The thing here is that somebody already created "uyuni-devel" and "uyunu-announce" without complains, and having opensuse-uyuni@opensuse.org has two problems:
- It's not coherent anymore with the other lists (one if them, uyuni-devel, is for open discussion).
- It could confuse people to think that it's about Uyuni on top on openSUSE. That's true right now, but the plan is to provide Uyuni to be installed on top of other distributions (Fedora/CentOS most probably, as it is what community demands more), and it already works with other distributions as clients.
It doesn't mean we are trying to avoid linking ourselves to openSUSE, of course :-)
We happily use the lists, and will use ci.opensuse.org (providing our slaves), but we would like that degree of isolation that reflects two facts:
- This is an openSUSE project that uses the openSUSE infrastructure (@opensuse.org).
- But it is not restricted in anyway to be used on top or with openSUSE.
Somehow, the same that happens with spacewalk-list@redhat.com.
- Assignee changed from tampakrap to pjessen
assigning back to Per, since the name of the list is still not solved
- Due date changed from 2018-11-02 to 2018-11-09
- Assignee changed from pjessen to tampakrap
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
