openSUSE admin

Hello,

these seems to be a problem publishing openSUSE Leap 42.3 and 15.0
Maintenance updates. 12 hours ago, packages were released into both
openSUSE:Leap:15.0:Update and openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Update.

The projects are not in the published state:

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.0:Update
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Update

The packages have yet to appear in the published path:

http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.0/oss/x86_64/
Stopped at libxml2, missing mpich, dolphin, gnome-shell, python, bash,
retext, tinyca2

http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.3/oss/x86_64/?C=M;O=D
Stopped at "sudo", missing "retext".

Last time this happened there was a problem with some rsync or
publishing hook that got stuck. Can you please check this out?
