Reopening to improve (refactor + record soft-failure) validation as the Bug - Differences in the content of pattern Amazon Web Service between SLE12SP4 and SLE15.1 was confirmed.
PR - Improve validation AWS packages -> Reverted by some errors not detected in validation run or Travis (Perl contextual thing?)
