Likely comes from sub _failure_reason in lib/OpenQA/Schema/Result/Jobs.pm.
From o3, a lot of repetition of

I assume this is still the same problem but just shifted in the source file.
Is this fixed? The mentioned PR was merged.

yes, fixed by AdamWill. sudo journalctl | grep 'Utils\.pm' returns no hits on o3
