Description
We need more ops and owners on some channels. Some with owners rights are rarely on line.
We need more new owners and ops to help with protecting channels against spam.
Contemplate consolidating some channels.

Any volunteers found?
I would volunteer, but I have to admit that I'm not too often available in IRC. But I might be able to help with cloaks, if this is documented somewhere.
/me is mainly an IRC user so far... ;-)

I would volunteer, although getting in touch with current ops is hard. I could also use permissions to bridge matrix with irc channels in the near future. That would also simplify our moderation, because we would just need to ban/kick once on all the platforms and all the channels at the same time (thanks to tooling).
