Description
VLAN12 needs a DHCPv6 and proper AAAA records for its machines. There is already a partial setup on qanet but it was inactive even before I joined the company.
Note: prefix delegation is handled by infra (nexus) and needs to be turned on from them.

By now qanet is planned to be obsoleted with #130955 and within FC Basement we have a different setup that is maintained by Eng-Infra which is unfortunately currently without DHCPv6 which I see right now as outside our scope.
