https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1774341/file/autoinst-log.txt incompleted with 403 on downloading the qcow file but permissions on the file itself look ok. The file is a symlink pointing to "fixed/". apache forbids symlinks by default. Seems a workaround for that was lost by "fixing" salt recipes
