[opensuse] extend gimp test module

Description
at moment we have x11/gimp.pm which does a minimal test: start and close
We can extend this very power application a little bit: load a file and make small changes to it etc. Set is to low for now.

- Target version set to future
discussed in "clean-up" session, will keep on low prio

- Status changed from New to Rejected
- Assignee set to okurz
Then it's just as good as rejecting the ticket as I also don't see useful suggestions
