SLE-12-SP3-Server installation medium missing on openqaworker6:5 - iso was present in cache but then not in pool when starting VM

so the openQA caching detects the ISO to be present in the cache but then it's disappeared from the pool. How should the ISO be linked/copied from the cache to the pool? Or was it linked/copied there but then deleted by some other process in the background?
