Description
AC2.2 of parent task is: A message is shown in the webUI for a SUT that is waiting for a developer to connect with the instructions
We currently display the VNC port when hovering over the name of the assigned worker, for now just make it more visible.

So, job waiting doesn't exists anymore... We agreed to get this information over the websocket proxy. UI tests need to be adapted after recent feedback, and a route needs to be added in the backend to support this status report updates to subscribed clients.
